The XDEEP ZEOS 38 Wing System is a fully customisable backplate-and-wing BCD designed for recreational single-cylinder and wreck diving. ZEOS 38 Wing
The ZEOS 38 provides 17 kg / 38 lb of lift, making it particularly suitable for larger divers, drysuit diving and cold-water equipment configurations.
Its toroidal, donut-shaped bladder allows gas to move freely around the wing. This helps maintain balanced buoyancy, stable trim and a comfortable horizontal position throughout the dive.

Choose Your Harness
The XDEEP ZEOS 38 is available with three harness configurations:
ZEOS Standard Harness
A traditional continuous-webbing harness offering simplicity, strength and excellent reliability. It provides a clean, streamlined configuration with a wide adjustment range and is ideal for divers who prefer a classic backplate-and-wing setup.
ZEOS Comfort Harness
The Comfort harness combines traditional continuous webbing with neutrally buoyant 3D Mesh shoulder and backplate padding. It provides additional comfort while retaining the secure, streamlined simplicity of the Standard harness, without the quick-release buckles used on the Deluxe version.
ZEOS Deluxe Harness
The Deluxe harness provides maximum comfort and convenience, combining 3D Mesh padding with ITW NEXUS quick-release shoulder buckles. It is easier to put on, remove and adjust, making it especially suitable for divers moving from a jacket-style BCD to their first wing system.

Choose Your Backplate
Your ZEOS 38 can be supplied with either an aluminium or stainless-steel backplate.
Aluminium Backplate
The lightweight anodised aluminium backplate reduces the overall weight of the system. It is an excellent choice for travelling divers, warm-water diving and anyone looking to minimise airline baggage weight.
Stainless-Steel Backplate
The stainless-steel backplate provides additional strength and useful non-ditchable ballast. It can reduce the amount of lead required elsewhere and is particularly well suited to UK diving, drysuits, thick exposure protection and cold-water configurations.
Customisable Weight System – Optional Extra
An XDEEP modular weight system can be added to the ZEOS 38 as an optional extra. Weight pockets and trim pockets are not included in the standard system price and must be selected and purchased separately.
Available options include releasable weight pockets and trim-weight pockets, with a total system capacity of up to 16 kg, depending on the selected arrangement.
Removable inner weight holders make ballast easier to carry, fit and pass to a boat crew. The pockets are mounted securely to help prevent unwanted movement during the dive.
Stable and Streamlined Underwater
The ZEOS 38 positions its buoyancy behind the diver, leaving the chest area open and uncluttered. This provides greater freedom of movement and easier access to gauges, D-rings and accessories.
Its carefully engineered wing geometry aligns the buoyancy of the system with the cylinder, helping the diver achieve:
