Signing up for the PADI Open Water course is a huge commitment, especially for our younger divers.
Price aside, the PADI Open Water course is physically, academically and mentally demanding, so we have introduced this new course to allow you to make an informed decision.

Introduction to the PADI Open Water Scuba Diver is our new course designed to give you a taste of what's involved in the full PADI Open Water Course so that you can make an informed decision about future training.
There is no commitment to continue beyond this introductory session. If you decide you are quite ready yet, you can simply walk away, however, if you and you decide to go ahead, we will give you a £30 discount on the PADI Open Water Course if purchased within 28 days.
The course includes:-
- Discover Scuba Diving eLearning course.
- Section 1 of the PADI Open Water eLearning.
- 1 hr practical session at our heated swimming pool, including all the skills from confined water dive one from the Open Water course.
Prerequisites.
- At least 10 years of age.
- Able to pass basic medical screening
- Able to swim 200m (any stroke, not timed)
- Float or tread water for 10 minutes.
