SEAC Console 3 Pressure, Depth Gauge and Compass Set
The SEAC Console 3 combines a submersible pressure gauge, analogue depth gauge and underwater compass in one compact instrument console. It provides the essential information needed to monitor cylinder pressure, track depth and maintain direction throughout a dive.
Its battery-free analogue operation, luminescent displays and durable protective housing make it a dependable primary instrument system or an excellent independent backup to a dive computer and wireless transmitter.
Three Essential Instruments
The Console 3 keeps three important diving instruments together within one streamlined assembly:
- Submersible cylinder-pressure gauge
- Analogue depth gauge
- Underwater navigation compass
This combined design reduces equipment clutter and allows the diver to access pressure, depth and directional information from a single console.
Reliable Pressure Gauge
The pressure gauge provides a clear indication of the breathing gas remaining in the cylinder. Colour-coded markings help the diver recognise normal operating ranges and identify when the cylinder is approaching its reserve.
Its mechanical operation requires no batteries, charging or wireless connection, providing a reliable and immediate cylinder-pressure reading whenever the regulator is pressurised.
Analogue Depth Gauge
The integrated depth gauge allows the diver to monitor their current depth throughout the dive. Clear markings provide straightforward underwater reading, while the maximum-depth indicator records the deepest point reached for use when completing a dive log.
The analogue design provides an independent depth reference when used alongside a dive computer.
Integrated Underwater Compass
The Console 3 includes an underwater compass for maintaining headings, following reciprocal courses and navigating between underwater features.
The compass is positioned on the reverse side of the console, allowing the diver to rotate the unit into a comfortable viewing position when navigating without significantly increasing the console’s overall size.
Luminescent Displays
The pressure gauge, depth gauge and compass use luminescent markings to improve readability during night dives, low-visibility dives and darker UK diving conditions.
The displays can be charged with a dive light to provide clearer visibility when ambient light is limited.
Compact and Streamlined Design
All three instruments are housed in a durable, impact-resistant protective boot. The compact in-line layout helps reduce bulk and allows the console to sit neatly alongside the diver’s body when secured correctly.
An integrated attachment point allows the console to be connected to a suitable bolt snap, clip or lanyard, preventing it from hanging beneath the diver or contacting the seabed.
High-Pressure Hose Included
The SEAC Console 3 is supplied with a high-pressure hose for connection to a compatible HP port on the regulator first stage. The hose provides sufficient flexibility for the console to be positioned and read comfortably during the dive.
Primary Instrument or Independent Backup
The Console 3 can be used as a complete analogue instrument system or as an independent backup to electronic diving equipment.
It is particularly useful for divers using a wrist-mounted dive computer who also want a mechanical pressure gauge, independent depth reference and traditional compass.
