The 4kg Yellow Vinyl-Coated Lead Diving Weight is a durable, high-capacity weight designed for scuba divers who require additional ballast when diving with drysuits, thicker exposure protection or equipment configurations that demand greater weighting.
Manufactured from solid lead and finished with a tough, scratch-resistant yellow vinyl coating, this weight is designed to withstand regular use in demanding diving environments. The protective coating provides a smooth finish and helps reduce direct contact between the lead and surrounding equipment.
Its contoured shape follows the natural curvature of the body, helping improve comfort when worn on a traditional diving weight belt. Smooth, rounded corners and edges help minimise snagging, drag and interference with other scuba equipment.
The two-slot lace-through design allows the weight to be threaded directly onto standard 50mm (2-inch) scuba diving weight belt webbing. Compatible three-bar weight retainers can be used to help secure the weight in position and prevent unwanted movement during diving.
